2015-2019                                                                                                           

I supported the daily operations of a 15-bed nonprofit transitional living program serving young women ages 18–24 experiencing homelessness. My role included providing case management, coordinating supportive services, developing community partnerships, and supporting program operations to promote consistency, accountability, and effective service delivery. I collaborated with residents, staff, and community partners to help young adults achieve housing stability, employment, education, and long-term independence.

2013-2021                                                                                                                                 

I supported the daily operations of a three-doctor veterinary hospital while leading digital marketing and communications. My work included website development, social media management, office administration, client reception, and community engagement initiatives that strengthened the organization's brand and enhanced the client experience. 

Americorps VISTA | Nevada Youth Empowerment Project | Reno, NV.          

2009-2012                                                                       

As an AmeriCorps VISTA, I helped build NYEP's organizational capacity through program development, community partnerships, digital communications, and countywide collaborative initiatives. I launched NYEP's first website and social media platforms and coordinated Washoe County's first Youth Point-in-Time Count. My work was recognized with the Nevada AmeriCorps VISTA of the Year Award, the Governor's Points of Light Award, and the President's Volunteer Service Award.

2004-2008                                                                             

I worked across Human Resources and Marketing, contributing to employee engagement, internal communications, event planning, and brand promotion. My responsibilities included coordinating employee programs, developing marketing initiatives, and managing special events that strengthened organizational culture and community engagement. 

Completed HR Management Certificate coursework while serving in a dual Human Resources and Marketing management role.
